Each SnowMasters snow machine comes with this limited, lifetime warranty providing the following criteria is met:

1. The machine is not allowed to run dry of our FG-100 Liquid Snow.
2. The machine has not been run using any chemical or liquid snow other than our FG-100 Liquid Snow.
3. The machine has not been dropped.
4. The machine has not been disassembled in any way.

Having met these criteria any SnowMasters snow machine that fails to work during normal operations will be serviced and/or replaced with another snow machine. It is the responsibility of the customer to incur the costs of shipping the machine to us, and back to them. Upon receiving the machine for repair or replacement, it will be to our sole discretion as to whether all warranty criteria has been met. Upon choosing to have the machine looked at for possible warranty work, client must fill out a warranty report form, which is to be included with shipment. Please download this form (repair return form) or call 256-229-5551 to receive by mail or fax. We will do everything possible to address your machine concerns promptly and efficiently.

Warranty Replacement Program

In the case you are in need of another machine immediately before we receive yours for diagnosis, we offer an exchange program. In this case a cost of $250 will be incurred by the client and we will directly ship out another machine (new or refurbished). Along with this cost the client will also be responsible for a full deposit towards the actual purchase price of the replacement machine & shipping costs, until a determination has been made regarding whether the original machine is covered under warranty. If the original machine is determined to be covered under warranty then the full deposit placed towards the purchase price of the replacement machine will be credited back to the client. The most proficient way of doing this is to use a credit card where in we put a hold on the amount for the replacement machine until the warranty issue is resolved.
